Todos los años hacemos lo mismo, nos hacemos promesas para el próximo año, etc., etc., etc. En verdad cumplimos o al menos hacemos el intento de cumplir?

Cuando estudiaba me hacía promesas o resoluciones cada nuevo bimestre, semestre, trimestre; ese impulso no me duraba mucho y volvía a procrastinar (lo hago super bien).

Este año trataré de cumplir en parte lo que hago. Creo que la idea es ponerse metas que puedas cumplir poco a poco, metas con fecha de cumpleaños para que sean más reales.

Estoy haciendo mi listita y aquí va lo que tengo hasta ahora sin orden de importanca:

1. Aprender Portugués.
2. Hacer ejercicios.
3. Pasear más.
4. Viajar en agosto/septiembre a Europa. (pospuesto por el punto 6)
5. Vivir de acuerdo a un presupuesto.
6. Comprar un apartamento o al menos amarrarlo. (done)
7. Tener más paciencia.
8. Ser menos grosera.
9. Decir menos palabrotas.
10. Vegetar y procrastinar menos.
11. Aprender sobre PM.
12. Sacar la licencia para manejar moto.
13. Pasar más tiempo con mi gente.

Me alcanzará el 2007 para todo esto? Ojalá que si.

Ya anunciaron la fecha de la 4ta edición del Panama Jazz Festival que este año está dedicado a Bárbara Wilson. Será del 17 al 20 de enero de 2007, anotarlo en sus agendas por favor.
He ido a las 3 anteriores y no creo que esta sea la excepción. Eso si, este año iré más temprano el sábado para poder conseguir un buen puesto, tampoco puedo olvidar llevar algo de provisiones para aguantar las mil horas de concierto. A menos que alguien me colabore con un pase cheverón o una invitación a un balcón cercano, leiste papá?. Quién se suma al trip?

Last night we had a little birria of Party & Co. Extreme that Miss Elena got for X-Mas. It was fun and we’ll meet again this week due to the lack of participants and time available.

Yeah, a little bit late but I don’t want to skip this one.

I’ve been disconnected for a few weeks as I have been on a business trip at Texas. With that said, here is a little summary of the trip and of course, some pics.

For the first time my gateway to US was Houston and we spent about 2 hours in line for migration. Obviously not the funniest 2 hours of my life but at least it wasn’t as crazy as the lines in Miami (at least the ones I remember). We rented a Chevrolet Cobalt and got lost after exiting the airport but managed to return to the airport and go straight up to the hotel (Mapquest, please update your maps!).

At work the usual stuff, meetings, knowing people and fighting with the computer hehehe After work then the fun part: dinning, sightseeing, etc.

The day of Thanksgiving I moved out of the hotel and crashed at my friend’s for the rest of the trip. They took me to Houston, Sea World, dinning (of course), shopping, etc. Thanks Liz & Sergio!
